Terms of Service, Rules, Etc.!
There will be no exceptions.
- You cannot use my work for AI, NFT or cryptocurrency means. However, you may use my art for merchandise, should we set up a deal for the way payment will come about after the launch.
- You cannot rush me with completion of my work. If I say there is a delay in the server linked in this Carrd, you must be respectful of it and not say I didn't tell you. I make the server public for a reason!
- I DO NOT allow you to commission me for only part of an art piece, and then hand it to someone else to finish. I DO, however, have collab prices with my best friend of over a decade, Salem, and we both will benefit from it in more ways than one!
- Clear and concise reference images must be provided for anything to draw, as I am colorblind and need to be able to effectively swatch the colors accordingly. Therefore, no filters should be on your references.
- If something is on a "refuse to draw" category, I will not do it no matter what amount you pay me.
- I do not do refunds, but can compensate with a freebie image if it has been a long time and you haven't received your commissioned piece.
- I will not exchange for other art.
- I will not do art for in-game currencies unless I have specified such.
- If at any moment I feel I have to cancel your commission, such as if you harass me/send someone to harass me, are disrespectful to me/my people, demand other art styles of me or more, you will not get a refund and this ToS will be posted in the dispute.
- Should you pay me through a means that reveals my current legal/dead name, and harass me for my gender identity over it or misgender me, it can be grounds for me to cancel the commission altogether and not allow any refund.

- Some creatures (not a lot)
- Simple backgrounds
- Some kink art
- Unique features (i.e two tails, multiple eyes, horns, multiple pairs of breasts, etc.)

- Couples
- Small bit of NSFW in the Pornographic and Gore sides.
What I Can't Draw:
- Full monsters (i.e Loch Ness Monster, Dragons, etc.)
- Heavy kink art
- Armor (I suck at it ngl)
- Mecha
- Bara (aka heavy muscle)
What I REFUSE T0 Draw:
- Anything with scat
- Mutilation in the form of de-limbing
- Corpses
- Abuse
- NSFW involving children (because that's illegal bro, like wtf)
- Racist stereotypes
- Stolen designs (please show some proof of the character being yours)
- Aged up characters that are originally minors

These are just little tidbits about myself that will help you better understand me, including what could delay services of any kind.
Trauma:
SA Survivor: I may not be as open right away to speaking to anybody with a mic on. I have a lot of trauma behind being in calls with people that I don't know right away, including showing my face but I try to eliminate that fear immediately. I am not open to receiving any advances unless they are from my fiance/SO.Mental Health:
Anxiety: I sometimes worry about how well I appear to others, and if I'm even worth the effort people provide for me because I freak out about not doing enough.Neurodivergence:
ADHD: Though not officially diagnosed yet by a doctor, I am very much that of the dog from Up with being easily distracted.
Overstimulation: If I do get overstimulated, don't worry too much! I may just mute, or make some noises of frustration if I'm struggling to control it. I do apologize if I end up raising my voice, crying, etc.Disability:
Colorblindness: Though not 100% a disability, I am mildly green-blind and do struggle with some shades of colors in terms of differentiating them. I actually use a filter in FFXIV to help at least provide the contrast but it does wash out some of the color in other people's eyes.
Deafness: I am slowly going deaf and therefore I may need you to repeat yourself if I can't understand you, or type it.
PMDD: I have this condition and sometimes the pain is god awful to where I cannot do much in the day. It also can cause episodes of anxiety, depression, or mental+emotional breakdowns.
